Managing Director
M.T.J Building Refurbishing Ltd is a London-based refurbishment and property maintenance company, established in October 2024.
We carry out residential refurbishments, planned and reactive property maintenance, painting and decorating, carpentry, repairs, remedial works and general building works. We can take care of anything from smaller maintenance jobs through to larger refurbishment projects.
We work across London and surrounding areas, with much of our experience in Central, North and West London, including occupied and high-end residential properties.
We work with property managers, main contractors, landlords, businesses and private residential clients.
M.T.J is SafeContractor Approved, holds £5 million Public Liability Insurance and Employer’s Liability Insurance, and is a registered Waste Carrier.
Our aim is to continue growing the business, taking on larger residential refurbishment projects while also developing long-term relationships for planned and reactive property maintenance.
